Shipping Questions

Q. Do you really offer free shipping on all orders?

A. Yes, we do! We're consumers just like you and we don't like paying for shipping either. 

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Not yet. We're still a small company starting out so we only ship within the United States.

 

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. After you submit your order, we ship orders within 48 hours of the order. If you don't receive your order within 10 days after purchase, please email us at info@dogstickers.co so we can follow up.

 

Q. What if I didn't receive my order?

A. Oh, no! We're sorry that happened. Please email us right away at info@dogstickers.co so we can follow up.

Q. What if the sticker I want is out of stock?

A. We're sorry we don't have the sticker you want right now. We're trying to manage our inventory carefully, so check back in a week to see if it's back in stock. You can also email us at info@dogstickers.co so we can follow up.
